Now that CentOS Stream kernel changes will be landing in EL (9.8 and 10.2), this PR ensures that the module will build on updated EL systems. Tested on RHEL 9.8 and 10.2 (using Makefile change from #569) as well as on the latest CentOS Stream 9 and 10. I will also test on Rocky Linux 9.8 and 10.2 as well as AlmaLinux 9.8 and 10.2 when they are available.
